摘要
通过国内基于DFH-4平台研制并成功发射的XX地球同步轨道卫星,利用在轨单结砷化镓太阳电池阵输出电流数据作为统计依据。对造成太阳电池阵输出电流变化的太阳入射角、日地距离因子、太阳帆板驱动机构(SADA)和太阳电池阵温度等因素的逐一分析,消除了以上因素对衰减因子的影响,最终得到太阳电池在轨运行期间的衰减因子拟合表达式,并预计出在轨15 a寿命末期的衰减因子为Fn=0.9377。
Based on the DFH-4 platform developed and the first successful launch of the XX satellite in geosynchronous orbit, the paper uses GaAs solar array output current data of the satellite as a statistical basis. Analyzing the incidence angle of the sun factor, the earth-sun distance factor, solar array drive assembly (SADA) and the temperature of the solar array factors, eliminates the impact of the above factors on the attenuation factor and get its fitting expression, the attenuation factor of 15-years life is Fn = 0.9377.
