Meta-analysis of university teachers' job burnout

摘要 目的探索我国高校教师职业倦怠的总体状况及未来研究方向。方法运用元分析技术对90份高校教师职业倦怠的研究进行同质性检验、效应值、置信区间、失效安全系数等统计处理。结果情绪耗竭效应估计值为(2.45±0.08),效应检验:Z=30.63,P〈0.01,95%CI=2.60-2.29,失效安全系数为50 989。去个性化效应估计值为(1.99±0.70),效应检验:Z=30.44,P〈0.01,95%CI=2.11-1.86,失效安全系数为27 684。低效能感效应估计值为(2.49±0.11),效应检验:Z=23.53,P〈0.01,95%CI=2.70-2.28,失效安全系数为46 497。地域、高校层次、出版年代和性别等因素的影响不具有统计学意义;刊物类型与去个性化呈正相关,样本量与情绪耗竭呈负相关。结论我国高校教师总体上属于中等程度的倦怠,应提升对高校教师职业倦怠研究的质和量。 Objective To understand the overall condition of university teachers' job burnout in China.Methods Meta-analysis was used to test 90 college teachers' Job Burnout of homogeneity,effect value,confidence intervals,fail safe coefficient statistical processing.Results Emotional depletion effect was 2.450.08,effect inspection(Z = 30.63,P 0.01),95% confidence interal was 2.60-2.29,failure safety coefficient was 50 989.Deindividuation effect estimate was 1.990.70,the effect inspection(Z =30.44,P〈0.01),95% confidence interval: 2.11-1.86,failure safety coefficient was 27 684.Inefficient can sense effect estimates for: 2.49±0.11,effect inspection(Z = 23.53,P〈0.01),95% confidence interval: 2.28-2.70,failure safety coefficient was 46 497.Conclusion Teachers in colleges and universities are generally at the medium degree of burnout.Region,gender and level in colleges and universities,publishing did not affect the teacher's burnout significantly.
