流式细胞术与光学比浊法检测血小板聚集率的比较 被引量:7

Comparison between flow cytometry and light transmission aggregometry for test of platelet aggregation rate

摘要 目的比较流式细胞术(FCM)和光学比浊法(LTA)检测血小板聚集率的相关性和一致性。方法选取35例健康志愿者和66例冠心病(CHD)患者,分别用FCM和LTA检测血小板聚集率,经Pearson相关性分析及Bland-Altman分析,评价FCM检测血小板聚集率与LTA检测结果的一致性。结果健康人组LTA和FCM检测血小板聚集率结果分别为(57.74±15.39)%、(60.74±15.15)%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);CHD组LTA和FCM检测血小板聚集率结果分别为(63.46±20.75)%、(66.47±23.23)%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);健康人组、CHD组及所有研究对象LTA和FCM血小板聚集率结果经Pearson相关分析,结果呈正相关性(r值分别为0.871、0.812、0.827,P均<0.01);健康人组、CHD组、所有研究对象经Bland-Altman评价提示该两种检测方法具有较好的一致性。结论 FCM检测血小板聚集率与LTA具有较好的一致性和相关性。 Objective To analyze the correlation and consistence of platelet aggregation rate tested by flow cytometry( FCM) and light transmission aggregometry( LTA). Methods Thirty-five healthy volunteers and 66 patients with coronary heart disease( CHD) were enrolled. Platelet aggregation rate was tested by FCM and LTA respectively. Pearson correlation analysis and Bland-Altman analysis were employed to evaluate the concordance of results between the two methods. Results No significant differences was found between the results of LTA and FCM in both healthy volunteers group and CHD group,[( 57. 74 ± 15. 39) % vs( 60. 74 ± 15. 15) %,P〈0. 05] for healthy volunteers group and [( 63. 46 ± 20. 75) % vs( 66. 47 ± 23. 23) %,P〈0. 05] for CHD group. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the results of the two methods was positive correlation in healthy volunteers group( r = 0. 871,P〈0. 01),CHD group( r = 0. 812,P〈0. 01) and all the subjects( r = 0. 827,P〈0. 01). Bland-Altman analysis suggested good consistency of the two methods in healthy volunteers group,CHD group and all the subjects. Conclusion The results of FCM and LTA for the test of platelet aggregation rate exhibited good correlation and consistency.
