机制砂在干混砂浆中的应用

天然砂已难以满足干混砂浆行业发展的需求,机制砂可取而代之。结合多年的实践经验,较为详细地介绍了机制铁尾矿砂、石灰石机制砂的生产工艺、性能特点及其在干混砂浆中应用的相关注意事项:经过烘干、分级处理的铁尾矿砂可全部代替绝大部分特种干混砂浆中的天然砂;传统砂石料线生产的石灰石机制砂不能全部代替普通砂浆中的天然砂,需要与天然砂复配使用;由立轴式制砂机、锤式破碎机等组成的专业机制砂线生产的机制砂,经分级后可全部代替普通砂浆中的天然砂;将铁尾矿砂与石灰石机制砂复配使用,综合效果更好。

Natural sand has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of dry-mixed mortar industry, it can be replaced by manufactured sand. Combined with many years of practical experience,the paper introduces in detail the production process,performance characteristics of manufactured sand of iron tailings and limestone,as well as relevant precautions needing be noted in the application of dry mixed mortar：the natural sand in the special dry-mixed mortar may all be replaced by the dry and classifying tails sand. The natural sand in the normal dry-mixed mortar could all be replaced by the manufactured limestone sand,which produced by the professional production line consisted of the impact or the hammer crusher. It can only partially be replaced by the sand produced by traditional producing line. It is better that the tails and the limestone manufactured sand are together used in the dry-mixed mortar.
