我国文化创意产业效率分析——基于68家上市公司的实证研究

The Efficiency Analysis of Chinese Cultural Originality Industry——The Empirical Research Based on 68 Listed Companies

根据国家统计局2012年《文化及相关产业分类》,将深沪交易所68家文化创意上市公司分为四大类别,利用2001-2013年不平衡面板数据,运用随机前沿分析对企业投入产出效率进行评价。结果认为:(1)我国文化创意上市公司整体技术效率偏低;(2)文化创意企业产出主要依赖于劳动力投入,其次是市场推广与研发投入,而对固定资产投入的敏感度不高;(3)四大类别企业效率由高到低排名分别为创意设计服务、文化出版传媒、文化创意生产、文化休闲娱乐;(4)针对这一现象,政府在制定产业政策时,不能盲目扩大产业规模,应更加注重现有企业自身的结构调整与改革,提高投入产出效率,并根据各类别企业的特点,有针对性的提出有效的政策建议。

According to 'Culture and Relevant Industrial Classification'of the National Bureau of Statistics in 2012,68 listed companies of cultural originality on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange are divided into 4 types. Based on the unbalanced panel data from 2001 to 2013,this paper evaluates the input-output efficiency of enterprises through stochastic frontier analysis. The results think:( 1) The general technological efficiency of Chinese listed companies of cultural originality is relatively low;( 2) The output of cultural originality enterprises mainly relies on labor input,then market promotion and R&D input. And the sensitivity of fixed asset input is not high;( 3) The efficiency rank of 4 types of enterprises is; originality design service,cultural publishing media,cultural originality production and cultural leisure and recreation;( 4)According to the phenomenon,when the government makes industrial policies,it cannot blindly enlarge industrial scale,but it should pay more attention to the structural adjustment and reform of enterprises themselves and raise input-output efficiency and this paper puts forward efficient policy suggestions according to the features of each type of enterprises.
