摘要
为了提高百蕊草的利用价值和经济价值,以百蕊草为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,采用了响应面法对碱液提取百蕊草多糖工艺进行了优化。结果表明,碱液提取百蕊草多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间2h,提取温度95℃,料液比1∶33,氢氧化钠浓度为0.74mol/L。在此条件下,百蕊草多糖的得率为20.86%,与预测值20.66%拟合性较好。
In order to improve the use value and economic value of Thesium, Thesium was used as raw materials.Based on the single factor experiment, the alkali extraction process of polysaccharide Thesium were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: extraction time 2h, extraction temperature 95℃, solid- liquid ratio 1:33, the concentration of sodium hydroxide for 0.74mol/h Under this condition,Thesium polysaccharide yield was 20.86% ,which fits well with the predicted value 20.66%.
