米糠甾醇对大鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF RICE BRAN STEROL ON IMMUNE FUNCTION IN RATS

摘要 目的探讨米糠甾醇(rice bran sterol,RBS)对大鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法健康SD大鼠160只分为正常对照组(CN,灌胃生理盐水)和RBS低、中、高剂量(RBS-L,RBS-M,RBS-H,分别灌胃RBS乳化液30、75和150 mg/(kg·bw·d)组,15d后,测定免疫器官指数、碳廓清指数、血清溶血素、淋巴细胞增殖能力和腹腔巨噬细胞功能等免疫指标。结果与CN组比较,RBS-L和RBS-H组可提高脾脏指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),但RBS-M组差异不显著(P>0.05);RBS各剂量组对大鼠胸腺指数无明显影响(P>0.05);RBS-L和RBS-M组能提高大鼠碳廓清指数(P<0.05);RBS-M组能促进血清溶血素的释放(P<0.05);RBS各剂量组能显著提高大鼠淋巴细胞的增殖能力(P<0.05或P<0.01)和巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率(P<0.05或P<0.01)与吞噬指数(P<0.01)。结论 RBS可增强大鼠的免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of rice bran sterol(RBS) on immune function in rats. Methods One hundred and sixty healthy SD rats were randomly assigned to four groups:control group(CN, given normal saline by gavage), and RBS low, medium and high dose treatment groups(RBS-L,RBS-M,RBS-H, given RBS at 30, 75, 150 mg/kg bw, respectively by daily gavage). The experiment lasted for 15 d. The immune organ index, carbon clearance index, serum hemolysin, lymphocyte proliferation, and abdominal macrophage function were measured at the end of the experiment. Results Compared with the CN, spleen index was increased significantly in RBS-L and RBS-H groups(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). No significant difference was found in thymus index among RBS groups and CN group(P〉0.05). The carbon clearance index was increased significantly in RBS-L and RBS-M groups(P〈0.05). The release of serum hemolysin was enhanced significantly in RBS-M group(P〈0.05). Lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytosis of macrophages were also significantly increased by RBS treatment(P〈0.01). Conclusion RBS is effective in improving immune function in rats.
