摘要
针对某难选磁铁矿在系统研究其矿石性质的基础上,采用单一磁选的工艺进行分选试验,结果表明,该矿石为超贫微细粒磁铁矿矿石,全铁品位为26.19%,磁性铁含量为18.18%;矿石中嵌布粒度在30μm以下的磁铁矿含量约占23%,10μm以下的磁铁矿含量约占5%;采用湿式预选-三段磨矿三段选别的单一磁选流程,控制最终磨矿细度为-400目97.40%,可以分选出品位为65.05%的铁精矿,其产率为28.06%,回收率为69.70%的铁精矿,从而为这类铁矿石的选别提供技术支持。
Based on the system research on the properties of magnetite ore,a single magnetic process is used for separation of iron ore.Results show that the ore is a super low grade and microgranular magnetite with a TFe content of 26.19% and a MFe content of 18.18%.Magnetite ore under 30 microns embedded in the ore accounts for about 30% while the-10 microns parts occupy 9%.An iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.05%,yield of 28.06% and recovery of69.70% was obtained by the process of wet pre-concentration by 3grinding stage and 3stage magnetic separations under the last stage grinding size of-38μm 97.40%.
