在养老金制度改革中,许多国家通过制度转轨或参数改革的形式来达成养老基金的收支平衡,这种改革往往会使得某一代或几代人的养老待遇受损,将不可避免的涉及到"代际公平"问题。本文对中西方文献中关于养老金制度改革中的代际公平研究以及其衡量标准和改进措施进行了全面综述,并就研究中的不足和未来方向进行了思考。

Many countries have taken pension system transformation and parametric reforms to balance between income and outgo. That could be harmful to pension payment of one or more generation, which inescapably related to intergenerational equity. The article makes all-round literature review to the topic about intergenerational equity in Chinese and western document, and its standard of measurement and measures for improvement. Meantime, some discussion has been given on insufficient of research and the future direction.
