我国商品市场一体化与统一市场规制研究——以山东经济圈为例

The Research of Commodity Market Integration and Unified Market Regulation in China——As for Shandong Economic Circle

基于"冰川运输成本"模型,本文从相对价格收敛的角度考察了山东经济圈内商品市场一体化特征。虽然整个经济圈及圈内各区域的商品价格在长期趋于收敛,但圈内各区域以及各城市的一体化水平仍存在较大差距。鉴于此,为构建统一大市场,需要市场竞争规则一体化。本文尝试构建了具有可操作性和推广性的统一市场规制改革模板,以实现各地政策的无缝对接和各地经济的协同发展。

Based on the ＂iceberg transportation cost＂ model, this article studies the characteristics of the commodity market integration of Shandong Economic circle from the perspective of relative price convergence. While the commodity prices of the entire economic circle and some regions in it tend to converge in the long run, there is a big gap about the level of integration between different regions or different cities. In view of. this, in order to build a unified big market, there needs to integrate the market competition rules. Thus, as to implement seamless policy and coordinated economic development throughout all the regions, this paper attempts to build a unified market regulation reform template with operability and replicability.
