摘要
为解决制造商网络直销渠道物流配送的难题,提出了零售商代发货新模式。构建了零售商代发货基准模型,发现分散式决策下整个供应链的利润低于集中式决策下供应链的利润。构建了逆向收益共享契约模型,制造商在销售季节末将其网络直销渠道的部分收益共享给零售商,以实现零售商代发货供应链的协调。结果表明:逆向收益共享契约能对这种零售商代发货供应链进行有效协调;制造商网络直销渠道的零售价格与代发货服务费用正相关。最后通过算例分析进一步验证了上述结论。
In order to solve the order delivering dilemma of manufacturers' electronic channel,drop shipping by the retailer was proposed.With the fee and cost of drop shipping considered,a benchmark and a reverse revenue-sharing contract dual-channel models of drop shipping by the retailer were established comprising a retailer and a manufacturer,in which both of them owned electronic channel.The dual-channel supply chain system was inefficient after analyzing and comparing the best performance of a centralized system and a decentralized system.Research showed that reverse revenue-sharing contract can coordinate this dual-channel supply chain of drop shipping and the selling price of the manufacturer's electronic channel has a positive correlation with the fee of drop shipping.Finally,a numerical example was carried out to verify the above conclusions.
