摘要
以不同树龄树体的叶片在1 a中不同时期的半致死温度、可溶性糖质量分数和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度为依据,对香榧(Torreya grandis)叶片的抗寒特性进行了研究。结果表明:在测定的季节中(1、2、3、10、11、12月份),各个树龄段的香榧叶片半致死温度最低值都出现在1月份(-11.44^-8.95℃),最高值都出现在10月份(-4.75^-4.03℃)。香榧叶片的半致死温度与树体树龄有关,其最低值都出现在17~21年生的树体之间。在冬季(1、2、11、12月份),香榧叶片可溶性糖质量分数与其半致死温度呈极显著负相关,而此期叶片丙二醛质量摩尔浓度显著高于10月份和3月份的。
With the semi-lethal temperature( LT50),soluble sugar and malondialdehyde( MDA) content of the leaves of the tree with different ages in different seasons,we studied the cold resistance adaptability of Torreya grandis leaves. Within the measured seasons( January,February,March,October,November,and December),the lowest semi-lethal temperature of Torreya grandis leaves of all ages was in January(-11. 44 ℃--8. 95 ℃),and the highest one was in October(-4.75 ℃--4.03 ℃). Semi-lethal temperature of Torreya grandis leaves was related with the tree age,and the lowest value was in 17-21 a. In winter( January,February,November,and December),the soluble sugar content of Torreya grandis leaves had a negative correlation with the semi-lethal temperature,and the MDA content was significantly higher than that in October and March.
