摘要
在湛江雷州附城镇红树林苗圃进行试验,研究了PGPB菌剂对5种红树小苗的野外接菌效应。接菌后1 a,对供试小苗进行了生长指标及叶片氮、磷质量分数的测定。结果表明:固氮菌(NGWB-y1)和溶磷菌(P7)以(1∶1)混合并按1∶10兑水的比例对苗床进行接菌后明显促进了5种红树小苗的苗高、地径、叶片数、生物量的生长;与对照相比,5种红树叶片的氮、磷质量分数明显升高。综合看,PGPB对桐花(Aegiceras corniculatum)和秋茄(Kandelia candel)的促生作用明显大于拉关木(Laguncularia racemosa)、红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina),对桐花的促进作用主要表现在苗高、地径、生物量的增加,对秋茄的促进作用主要表现在叶片数、叶片全氮、全磷质量分数的增加。PGPB接种5种红树小苗后,其土壤化学性质的变化无规律。
By the field experiment,we studied the inoculation effects on five species of mangrove plants in Zhanjiang. After oneyear inoculation,we tested the growth index of seedlings. Mixed inoculation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria( NGWB-y1) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria( P7)( 1 ∶ 1) with the water of 1 ∶ 10 significantly promoted the increase of height,ground diameter,leaf number and biomass of five species of mangrove seedlings. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves of five species of mangrove seedlings were obviously improved compared with the control group. PGPG inoculation in Aegiceras corniculatum and Kandelia candel has a geater promoting effect than Avicennia marina,Rhizophora stylosa and Laguncularia racemosa. For Aegiceras corniculatum,PGPB inoculation has a significant effect on its height,ground diameter and biomass. The effects of PGPB inoculation on K. candel are: the number of blades has a big increase,and the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus also increase.
