宁夏农村卫生室就医现状研究

The Research on the Current Situation of Health Care in Village Clinics in Ningxia

以宁夏固原市12个村为样本,采用实地调研和深度访谈方法收集样本地区村卫生室村医以及当地居民的基本情况。发现目前样本地区对村卫生室认可度较高,但是普遍存在村医学历偏低、年龄老化,同时村卫生室药品短缺现象严重。建议加强村卫生室医疗卫生队伍的建设,保障村卫生室基本用药。

It chose 12 villages in Guyuan City as samples, used the way of fieldwork and interview to get information about village health stations and rural residents. The results found that most of the rural residents were satisfied with the village health station although the village doctors were universal aged with low degree educated. And the medicines in the village station were inadequate. It suggested that give more training for village doctors, also the government should insure the supply of medicine for rural areas.
