双歧杆菌调理和改善肠道相关疾病作用的探讨

目的分析双歧杆菌调理与改善肠道相关疾病的作用。方法通过对双歧杆菌及其生物学功能进行分析,以了解其在肠道相关疾病临床中的应用效果。结果双歧杆菌的生理功能多种多样,主要包括营养作用、抑菌作用、免疫调节作用及抗癌作用等。结论在腹泻、肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病及结肠癌等肠道相关疾病治疗中,双歧杆菌能有效抑制异常的自身免疫反应,且能有效维持肠道内环境的稳态,对调节及改善肠道功能具有重要的作用。

OBJECTVE To analyze and improve the intestinal bifidobacteria conditioning-related diseases. METHODS Bifidobacterium and biological function analysis to understand its application results in gut-associated diseases clinic. RESULTS Bifidobacterium diverse physiological functions, including the role of nutrition, antibacterial, immune regulation, anti-cancer effects and so on. CONCLUSION Diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and colon cancer-related disease in the treatment of intestinal bifidobacteria can inhibit the abnormal autoimmune response, and can effectively maintain the homeostasis of the intestinal envi- ronment, regulate and improve the gut-associated disease has an important role.
