上海市某社区全科门诊前列腺增生症患者治疗现状调查

Current Situation Investigation on Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in Community Outpatients in Shanghai

目的了解上海市某社区全科门诊前列腺增生症治疗现状。方法采用自编的"前列腺患者随访登记表"对2012年1—12月在本社区就诊的132例患者进行调查。结果 132例前列腺增生症患者平均前列腺体积达(34.78±11.84)cm3;87.1%的患者存在中重度症状;22.7%曾发生急性尿潴留;101例患者进行了药物治疗,47.7%的患者对现状不太满意(QOL≥4)。结论某社区前列腺增生症的程度不容乐观,治疗药物选择的合理性应进一步规范,应更好地遵从指南。

OBIECTIVE To investigate the information of treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） in community outpatients in Shanghai. METHODS 132 patients with BPH were included in the study from Jan to Dec 2012. RESULTS In 132 BPH patients： mean prostatic volume was 34.78±11.84cm3; 115（87.1%） patients＇s IPSS≥8; 30（22.7%）patients had suffered acute urinary retention at least one time. 101 received medication treatment. 63（47.7%） patients were unsatisfied with current situation. CONCLUSION The current situation of BPH in community wat not optimistic. The choice of drugs should be better to follow the guidelines.
