摘要
目的比较多虑平和普鲁卡因联合窄谱中频紫外线照射与单用窄谱中频紫外线照射治疗顽固性瘙痒症的疗效。方法选择明确诊断的顽固性瘙痒症患者111例,使用自制瘙痒症程度评估表和皮肤病生活质量调查表进行分析。结果 111例患者全部纳入有效研究病例,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线治疗顽固性瘙痒症有显著效果,而且安全,依从性好,可在临床中推广。
OBJECTIVE To compare doxepin and procaine combined with narrow spectrumultraviolet irradiation and only if the efficacy of narrow band frequency ultraviolet irradiation for the treatment of intractable pruritus. METHODS 111 patients within tractable pruritus diagnosed cases, were analyzed using self-made pruritus degree evaluation table and dermatology life quality index. RESULTS All l 11 cases were included in the effective case study. The results showed that the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION NB-UVB treatment of intractable pruritus has remarkable effect, and safety, compliance with the letter, Which coulol be in clinical promotion.
