摘要
自制了巨磁电阻效应实验仪,测量了不同外磁场和工作电压下巨磁阻传感器输出电压的变化.研究了巨磁阻传感器敏感轴与外磁场间夹角与传感器输出电压间关系,传感器输出电压的与偏离角度成余弦关系.
The basic principles of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) effect was introduced .The changes of the output voltage of the giant magnetoresistance sensor in different external magnetic field and under different working voltages were measured by a selfmade apparatus .The dependence of the output voltage on the angle between the GMR sensor sensitive axis and the external magnetic field was studied .It could be concluded that there was a cosine relation between the deviation angle and the sen‐sor output voltage .
