摘要 以等效热降理论为基础,对除氧器乏汽直接回收至轴封加热器及通过乏汽回收节能装置回收至轴封加热器两种回收方案,从安全性、经济性方面进行比较。结果表明:除氧器乏汽回收采用乏汽回收装置至轴封加热,可实现99%以上的乏汽热能回收,消除了除氧器乏汽的噪声污染。 Based on equivalent enthalpy drop theory,a comparison was made between two recovery schemes of exhaust steam from the perspective of safety and economy consideration-one is to recover the deaerator exhaust steam directly into shaft seal heater,another is to recover the steam into gland seal heater via exhaust steam recovery device.Results show that over 99% exhaust steam can be recovered by the latter scheme,i.e.to recover the steam into gland seal heater via steam recovery device,which helps to eliminate noise pollution caused by deaerator exhaust steam.
