摘要
针对旋转泵轴进行反转监测的要求,分析了反转监测的几种原理和方法,并对在不同场合下探头的安装夹角进行了探讨和分析。实践表明:在不同场合传感器可采用不同的安装方式,单键槽、双键槽或八齿轮盘均可应用,装置运行安全可靠。
To satisfy the requirement that the reverse rotation status of pump shaft must be monitored,some theories and methods are analyzed concerning reverse rotation monitoring,with focus on the installation angle of relevant sensors under different conditions.It is concluded that different installation methods may be adopted for the sensor,such as by single keyway,dual keyways or by a disc with8 teeth,in which cases reliable operation can be obtained.
