摘要
为研究用小麦替代玉米并添加重组外源酶对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道发育的影响,将300只8日龄健康AA肉仔鸡随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每重复10只。5个处理组分别为:对照1组(玉米-豆粕型日粮)、处理1组(小麦替代40%玉米+酶制剂)、处理2组(小麦替代60%玉米+酶制剂)、处理3组(小麦替代80%玉米+酶制剂)和对照2组(小麦替代60%玉米)。试验为期5周。结果表明:与对照1组相比,处理1组除42日龄胸肌重外,其他指标均无显著差异(P〉0.05);处理2组除全期采食量、腿肌重外,其他生长性能和屠宰性能指标均显著下降,42日龄十二指肠相对长度、相对质量、以及回肠和盲肠相对质量分别增加12.12%、16.67%、19.23%和15.00%,添加重组外源酶后分别下降14.05%、19.05%、22.58%和21.74%(P〈0.05);处理3组各项生长性能和屠宰性能指标较对照1组降低,但优于对照2组。结果提示:在8~42日龄时,以小麦替代40%玉米并添加源于产琥珀酸丝状杆菌的重组1,3-1,4-β-葡聚糖酶和源于真菌Neocallimastix frontalis的重组木聚糖酶饲喂AA肉仔鸡,可以取得同玉米-豆粕型日粮相同的饲喂效果。
In order to evaluate the effects of adding recombinant glucanase and xylanase to wheat based diets on growth performance,slaughter performance and gut development of broilers,300 8-day-age healthy AA broilers were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 6 replicates in each group,10 birds per replicate. The 5 groups were:control group 1(corn-soybean meal diet),treatment group 1(wheat instead of 40% corn+recombinant enzymes),treatment group 2(wheat instead of 60% corn+enzymes),treatment group 3(wheat instead of 80% corn+enzymes),the control group 2(wheat instead of 60% corn). The experiment lasted for 5 weeks. The results showed that there were no significant differences among all indexes except pectoral muscles weight at 42 days of age between control group 1 and treatment group 1. For treatment group 2,the indexes of growth performance and slaughter performance decreased significantly except feed intake and leg muscle weight;The relative length of duodenum,and the relative weights of duodenum,ileum and cecum at 42 days of age increased 12.12%,16.67%,19.23% and 15%,respectively;After adding recombinant exogenous enzymes,they decreased by 14.05%,19.05%,22.58% and 21.74%,respectively(P0.05). Growth performance and slaughter performance of treatment group 3 were lower than those of control group 1,but better than those of control group 2. The results suggested that at 8 to 42 days of age,broilers fed with wheat instead of 40% corn diet and adding recombinant glucanase and xylanase,which originated from Fibrobacter succinogenes and Neocallimastix frontalis,could achieve the same feeding effect as corn-soybean meal diet.
