摘要
高速铁路连接不同区域,对区域经济系统具有重要影响。首先,通过对高速铁路的区域经济影响渠道与影响方式的分析,构建高速铁路与区域经济互动演化框架;其次,根据可达性模型,计算区域可达性变化;再次,引入人口函数、区域投资分布函数及区域生产函数,建立高速铁路影响区域经济系统预测模型;最后,以京沪高速铁路沿线地区为例,针对不同高速铁路建设假设方案,计算不同方案下区域经济发展变化趋势。研究发现,区域经济在高速铁路影响下的扩散作用与高速铁路发展存在非线性关系,即高速铁路网络发展到某个水平后,较发达地区经济开始向其他地区转移,高速铁路对区域经济扩散的影响才会发生质变。
Connecting high-speed railway with different regions has an important influence on regional economic system. Firstly, through analyzing the influence channel and ways of high-speed railway on regional economy, the interactive evolution framework between high-speed railway and regional economy was established; secondly, according to accessibility model, the regional accessibility change was calculated; thirdly, through introducing population function, regional investment distribution function and regional production function, the forecast model of the influence of high-speed railway on regional economic system was established; finally, taking the area along Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, targeting with different hypothetical schemes of high-speed railway construction, the change trend of regional economic development under different schemes was calculated. The study shows that the regional economy has nonlinear relationship between the diffusion effect under influence of high-speed railway and high-speed railway development, which means after high-speed railway developing into certain level, the economy of more developed area began to transfer into other area, so the influence of high-speed railway on diffusion of regional economy was occurred qualitative change.
