宁泌泰胶囊治疗下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染316例

“Ningmitai Capsules” for the treatment of urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern: a report of 316 cases

目的观察宁泌泰胶囊治疗下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染的临床疗效。方法 316例下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染患者给予宁泌泰胶囊口服治疗,疗程7天。观察临床疗效,主要症状积分和尿常规变化情况。结果治疗总有效率达91.43%,尿培养细菌转阴率为91.67%;治疗后尿白细胞、红细胞数及尿培养明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);临床症状总积分由治疗前(16.34±4.35)分降低至(7.16±2.95)分,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论宁泌泰胶囊治疗下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染疗效良好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Ningmitai Capsules＂in treating urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern.Methods Three hundred and sixteen cases with urogenital system infection were treated with＂Ningmitai Capsules＂,with the course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy and changes of symptoms score and urine routines were observed. Results The total effective rate was 91. 43%,and the negative conversion ratio of bacteria cultivation was 91. 67%; after treatment,the counts of WBC and red blood cells in urine and urine culture（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; the total scores of clinical symptoms were reduced from（ 16. 34 ± 4. 35） to（ 7. 16 ± 2. 95）. There was a significant difference between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion＂Ningmitai Capsules＂has positive effect on urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern.
