多工位级进模减少弯曲回弹的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对在多工位级进模上连续变形过程中怎样减少弯曲回弹进行了研究,采用的冲压制件材料为EGC-QS镀锌冷轧板,零件上有2个90°折弯、2个折弯边上各有1个圆孔,要求2个圆孔保持同心,同时为了保证零件的冲压质量及尺寸精度,要求控制工件弯曲后的回弹量。针对该零件的结构特点,进行了10个工位排样设计,为了减少弯曲回弹在折弯处设计压线,在弯曲凹模上设计凸台校正结构来抑制回弹;在折弯前清理毛坯边缘毛刺以减少应力集中;采用分步弯曲成形以减少一次变形量。采用优化后的工艺和模具设计方案进行级进模试冲试验,试验结果表明,冲压件的成形效果良好且满足质量要求。 How to reduce bending springback in the continuous deformation process of the multi-position progressive die was studied. A cold-rolled and galvanized EGC-QS steel sheet was selected as the stamping workpiece material, which had a circular hole in each side of the two 90°bends and the two holes were required to be coaxial. At the same time, the springback of the workpiece must be in controll in order to ensure stamping quality and precision of the workpiece. According to the structure characteristics of the workpiece, the layout design for ten positions were completed. The press lines were designed on the bending line to reduce the springback. The convex correction structure was designed in the bending die to restrain the springback. The rough edge burr was cleaned before bending to reduce the stress concentration, and the step-by-step bending process was realized to reduce the deformation amount of each step. The trial of the progres-sive die was carried out by optimized process and die design structure. The experimental result shows that the excellent forming quality of the workpiece meets the requirements.
