摘要
作为纺织品的三防整理剂,八碳氟系助剂效果虽好但含PFOA与PFOS等有害物质。现用六碳氟系助剂对织物采用二浸二轧的方法进行处理、预烘及高温焙烘。通过改变整理剂浓度、焙烘温度与焙烘时间,用正交试验获得最优工艺参数,对织物进行了优化后的整理并测试了其防水性能。
C8 fluoric additive, usually used as tri-functional finishing agent in textiles, effects the finish greatly, but contains poisonous substances like PFOA and PFOS. In this study, using C6 fluoric additive, to put the fabrics to be immersed twice, padded twice, pre-dried and cured under high temperature. The optimal process parameters are got by orthogonal test and the fabric is finished and the water repellent of the thus finished fabrics are tested.
