混凝土保暖养护膜的性能测试与分析

摘要 以丙纶和落棉为原料通过针刺形成基材,然后覆乙纶薄膜,最后涂水性阻燃胶TF-681,从而形成养护膜。然后进行电镜观察,规格检验,机械性能、阻燃性和保暖性等测试。结果表明,养护膜具有良好的机械性能;含水20%时,极限氧指数为27.5%;含水率为100%时,极限氧指数为40.7%,阻燃效果良好;透气率仅为8.24 mm/s,克罗值为1.073,保暖性能相当于2 cm厚的棉条,是混凝土养护的优良材料。 With polypropylene fiber and noil as raw material for forming a needle punched substrate, and then covered with polyethylene film, and coated with aqueous flame retardant adhesive TF-681 to finally form a curing membrane. Observation by electron microscopy as well as specification's test, mechanical property test, flame retardance test and heat retention test are fallowed. The result shows that the curing membrane has good mechanical properties, when the water content reaches 20%, limiting oxygen index is 27.5%, ventilation rate is only 8.24mm/s, clo value is 1. 073, thermal protection is the equivalent of 2cm thick of cotton.
