织针针钩对激光信号反射的研究

摘要 针钩的破损是舌针失效的主要原因,针钩的破损原因主要有三角的冲击、纱线的摩擦、金属疲劳和针舌的冲击等。采用650 nm的红色激光对完整针钩与破损针钩进行了激光照射实验,用光敏管接收针钩反射回来的信号,信号通过AD转换之后显示在上位机上。将激光发射装置和接收装置,以及针钩都固定在精密十字滑台上,在不同照射位置和接收位置的组合条件下进行照射实验,获得了相应的数据。由数据分析得出,完整针钩和破损针钩的激光反射信号有着明显的差异,因此采用激光反射法实时检测舌针的破损状态是可行的。 The breakage of hook is the main reason of latch needle failure, and cam impact, yarn friction, metal fatigue and the impact from needle tongue are main reasons of the breakage. In this paper, a 650nm red laser was used in the experiments to test the reflection of laser signal by a complete hook and a damaged hook, and a photodiode was used to receive reflected signal, and the signal was displayed on a PC after A/D conversion. The laser emission device, receiver device and needle hook were fixed on a precision-sliding cross platform, and they could be moved on different places on the platform to get experimental datas. An analyzing of the tested datas shows that there is an obvious reflection difference of laser signal between the complete hook and damaged hook, so the laser reflection method for real-time detection of needle breakage is feasible.
