摘要 为了研究无油涡旋压缩机的特点和运动规律,采用虚拟样机分析的方法,首先用三维建模软件Pro/E对零部件进行建模,然后进行整机虚拟装配,最后用机械运动学软件ADAMS进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,联合使用两大机械软件Pro/E和ADAMS进行无油涡旋压缩机的仿真研究,能够发挥各自软件的优势,快速得到零部件的运动学参数。该方法过程清晰、操作方便、结论可靠。 In order to study the characteristic and movement rules of the oil-free scroll compressor, this paper uses the method of vir-tual prototyping analysis, according to the configuration and working principle of the oil-free scroll compressor, the Pro/E software was firstly used to make the three-dimensional model of the parts and then the virtual assembly, and kinematics analysis was finally performed by the ADAMS software. The conclusion shows that analysis of kinematics law of oil-free scroll compressor based on the combined use of Pro/E and ADAMS can take advantage of their software to quickly get the kinematic parameters of parts. This method process is simple, easy to operate and simulation result is reliable.
