摘要
在往复压缩机配套的压力容器中,有很大一部分容器具有工作压力高,同时承受气体脉动载荷的特点。通过选取出口缓冲器,对于主要开孔区进行了应力分析、评定和疲劳分析,为实际工程应用中压力容器的设计,提供了部分可靠、有效的理论依据。
A great parts of vessels in reciprocating compressor have the characteristics of high pressure as well as enduring gas pulsat-ing load. Taking the outlet buffer tank in this paper, the main opening holes region is carried out stress analysis, assessment and fa-tigue analysis. The analysis provides partial reliable and effective theoretical basis for the design of pressure vessels in the practical engineering application.
