液相色谱法检测乌贼膏中牛磺酸含量

Determination of taurine in cuttlefish extract by HPLC

采用超纯水提取乌贼膏样品中的牛磺酸,与质量分数1%2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)衍生后经高效液相色谱仪测定。结果表明:乌贼膏中牛磺酸平均回收率为97.44%,样品中的牛磺酸检出限为64.2mg/kg(信噪比S/N=3),定量限为213.9mg/kg(信噪比S/N=10)。

The taurine in cuttlefish extract was extracted by ultra pure water,and measured by HPLC using pre-column derivation by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene（DNFB）.The results showed that：the mean recoveries was 97.44%,the limit of detection（LOD）was 64.2mg/kg（S/N=3）,and the limit of quantitation（LOQ）was 213.9mg/kg（S/N=10）.
