摘要
介绍了开发高速公路高清视频监控系统的必要性,完成了基于DM368的高清视频监控系统的系统构建、硬件设计、软件设计和视频后期异常处理,实现了高清视频监控在高速公路的应用。其具有良好的效果和较高的社会应用价值。
This paper describes the significance of developing high-definition video in surveillance system on highway,the construction of system,hardware design,software design and video post exception handling of high-definition video surveillance system which is based on DM368 are completed,which has fulfilled its application in expressway engineering and have good effects and high social value.
