摘要
根据TOC理论进行电商物流末端配送的优化研究,结合不同类别的电商顾客,探索定制化的配送模式,将物流配送业务与消费者的个性化需求统一起来,以期提高物流配送效率的同时,提高消费者满意度。
In this paper, we studied the optimization of E-commerce logistics terminal distribution according to the TOC theory.Combining different kinds of E-commerce customers, we explored a customized logistics distribution mode. We unified the logistics distribution business with customers' personalized needs, in the hope of increasing the distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
