摘要
结合资源基础理论、知识基础理论和关系的视角,从知识管理能力的角度建立模型,以评估IT基础架构能力对供应链绩效的影响。从知识管理的视角研究供应链信息技术能力和供应链绩效之间的关系,以帮助企业制定供应链策略,进而最大化企业内部及其合作伙伴间基于知识的协力优势。
In this paper, combining the basic theories of resources and knowledge, we established the model to evaluate the influence of IT infrastructure to the supply chain performance from the perspective of knowledge management ability. Then we studied the relationship between the supply chain information technology ability and the supply chain performance to help decide supply chain strategies to maximize the synergy advantage between enterprises and their partners on the basis of knowledge.
