摘要
基于工作过程课程开发思路,在航运企业人才需求及职业岗位调研基础上,根据典型岗位工作内容选取《航运业务操作》课程内容,根据航运企业业务流程优化课程内容,采用适合高职学生特点的教学方法和手段,进行教学实施并不断优化,着重培养高职学生的职业能力。
In this paper, based on the line of thinking for the work process based course development practice and on the basis of a survey of the talent demand and post situation of the shipping enterprises, we selected the suitable content for the Shipping Business Operation course, then optimized it according to the business process of the shipping enterprises and at the end, proposed that we should constantly make improvement in the implementation of the course through teaching means and methods suitable for the characteristics of the students of higher vocational colleges.
