摘要
对韶钢7号、8号2座大高炉采取改善原燃料质量、优化布料矩阵、提高风温和富氧、加强炉前操作等措施后,大高炉的煤比提高到150 kg/t,焦比下降到360 kg/t,生铁成本明显下降。
The measurements are taken to improve the original fuel quality,optimizing the distribution matrix,increasing wind temperature and oxygen enrichment,strengthening the furnace operation for the two big blast furnaces of No. 7, No. 8. Large blast furnace coal ratio increases to 150 kg / t,coke rates to 360 kg / t and the cost of pig iron decreases obviously.
