摘要
介绍萍钢35t氧气顶吹转炉开发45钢的生产实践,在炉外精炼条件不完善的情况下,通过制定详细的工艺路线,从试生产到小规模生产,优化冶炼工艺和连铸工艺,成功开发生产出45钢,并轧制成Φ6.5 mm,Φ8.0 mm,Φ10 mm盘条和Φ20 mm圆钢,优化了产品结构,增强了市场竞争力。
45 steel are developed by 35- ton top- blowing conveter in a PX Steel Mill. 45 steel are successfully developed from trial production of small- scale. Develop under the imperfect conditions of secondary refining,throngh making the detailed development process route,and optimizing of refining and continuous casting process. Several sizes round steel wire rods like： Φ 6. 5 mm,Φ8. 0 mm,Φ 10 mm and Φ 20 mm are rolled,and optimize the product structure which enhance the market competitiveness.
