原发性高血压肾病患者血清CRP、胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白的变化及临床意义分析

Clinical value of the changes of CRP、serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in Primary Hypertension Nephropathy

目的探讨原发性高血压肾病患者血清CRP、胱抑素C和尿微量白蛋白的变化及临床意义。方法选取32例高血压肾病患者(高血压肾病组)、28例高血压无肾病患者(高血压无肾病组)及同期健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,比较尿常规生化指标、血清CRP、胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白水平。结果高血压肾病组血清CRP、胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白水平均明显高于对照组及高血压无肾病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与高血压无肾病组上述指标水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。高血压肾病组治疗后血清CRP、胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但仍明显高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白水平变化与高血压肾病发生与发展密切相关,联合检测有助于早期肾病的诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the changes of CRP、serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in Primary Hypertension Nephropathy.Methods 32 cases of patients with hypertensive nephropathy（hypertensive nephropathy group）,28 hypertension patients without nephropathy（hypertension group without nephropathy）and healthy volunteers（control group）as the research object,CRP,serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin level were compared.Results The serum CRP,cystatin C and urinary albumin levels of hypertensive nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in the control group and hypertension without nephropathy group,The difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there were no significantly different between the control group and hypertension without nephropathy group（P〉0.05）.after treatment,serum CRP,serum cystatin C and urinary albumin levels of Hypertensive nephropathy group were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）,But still significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum CRP,serum cystatin C and urinary albumin levels and closely related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive nephropathy,Diagnosis is helpful to early nephropathy.
