摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(Neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin,NGAL)属于脂质运载蛋白家族(lipocalin)的一员,作为新型急性肾损伤的早期诊断标志物与临床常用的肌酐、尿量等传统检测指标相比,更能迅速、灵敏地反映肾脏的损伤及恢复过程,
