更昔洛韦治疗巨细胞病毒感染患儿的疗效分析及临床护理

Analysis of curative effect of ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus infection in children and clinical nursing

目的：探讨更昔洛韦联合治疗巨细胞病毒（ CMV）感染患儿的临床疗效及护理方法。方法将我院2012年8月～2014年6月收治的40例CMV感染的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用更昔洛韦治疗，比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应，并总结护理措施。结果观察组的治愈率高于对照组，不良反应均多于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后观察组的TBIL、DBIL、ALT低于对照组，黄疸消退时间短于对照组，CMV-IgM转阴率高于对照组，肝脏回缩好于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论更昔洛韦治疗CMV感染患儿的疗效较好，但不良反应多，治疗过程中应该加强护理。

Objective To explore the curative effect of ganciclovir on cytomegalovirus （ CMV ） infection in children and clinical nursing.Methods Total 40 children with CMV infection to receive treatment in our hospital from Aug .2012 to Jun.2014 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group; the conventional treatment was provided for the children in the control group and ganciclovir was administered additionally for the patients in the observation group on the basis of control group ;and then, adverse reaction and curative effect were compared between the two groups and the nursing measures were summarized .Results The observation group had higher cure rate than the control group , but there were more adverse reactions than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05）;after the treatment, the TBIL, DBIL, ALT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group , and the jaundice elimination time was shorter , CMV-IgM negative rate was higher , and the liver retraction was better than that in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Ganciclovir has better curative effect than conventional therapy on CMV infection in children , but there are more adverse reactions , so nursing should be strengthened in the treatment process .
