重睑线切口内眦赘皮无瘢痕矫正术87例临床分析

Clinical analysis of non-scar epicanthus correction of double eyelid line incision in 87 cases

目的：探讨重睑线切口内眦赘皮无瘢痕矫正术临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选取我院2012年5月～2013年8月收治的87例内眦赘皮患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法随机分为重睑线切口无瘢痕内眦赘皮矫正组（ A组， n＝47）和传统内眦赘皮矫正组（B组，n＝40）。观察比较两组术后瘢痕消退时间及患者满意度。结果（1）两组术后消肿时间比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）；A组术后恢复时间及瘢痕消退时间分别为（28．6±5．4）d和（5．6±2．5）个月，明显短于B组的（47．6±13．6）d和（11．4±4．6）个月（P＜0．05）；（2）两组术后3个月内患者满意度调查对比无明显差异（P＞0．05）；术后随访12个月后，A组及其家属满意率为97．87％，明显高于B组的77．50％（P＜0．05）。结论重睑线切口无瘢痕矫正术具有安全微创、操作简单、术程短、美容效果好等优势，可有效减轻内眦赘皮患者痛苦，无不良反应，安全可靠，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of non-scar epicanthus correction of double eyelid line incision.Methods Total 87 patients with epicanthus to receive treatment in our hospital from May 2012 to Aug.2013 were selected as the research subjects , and they were randomly divided into group A （ for non-scar epicanthus correction of double eyelid line incision;n=47）, group B （for traditional epicanthus correction; n=40）; the postoperative scar fade time and patient satisfaction were observed and compared .Results （1）The postoperative detumescence time had no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）;the postoperative recovery time and scar fade time in group A were （28.6 ±5.4） days and （5.6 ±2.5） months, which were significantly shorter than （47.6 ±13.6） days and （11.4 ±4.6） months in group B （P〈0.05）;（2）the patient satisfaction between the two groups within three months after the operation had no significant difference （ P 〉0.05 ）; after 12 months of postoperative follow-up, the satisfaction of the patients in group A and their family was 97.87%, significantly higher than that in group B （77.50%;P〈0.05）.Conclusion Non-scar epicanthus correction of double eyelid line incision is safe and minimally invasive , and has several advantages including simple operation , short operation process , and good cosmetic effect;it can effectively alleviate the epicanthus of patients , has no adverse reaction , and is safe and reliable , so it is worthy of clinical application .
