摘要 针对传统无人机维修训练的不足及虚拟维修训练系统设计的现状,提出了突显机电类装备特点的无人机虚拟维修训练系统设计思想,将装备的外观模型和机理模型分离开来,以场景优化、交互控制、数据储存、过程控制及实时通信等关键技术为研究重点。利用过程控制模块模拟无人机的动态工作过程,数据存储模块提供故障诊断需要的遥控遥测指令及电流电压等信息,借助实时通信模块搭建样机与检测设备的通信桥梁完成无人机故障诊断训练。最后,以某型无人机的飞行控制柜为例进行验证,结果显示在实时性及逼真度方面均达到了较好的效果。该系统开发简单,达到了机电类装备维修训练系统开发的要求。 To overcome the shortage of traditional UAV maintenance training and the present situation of the virtual maintenance training design, a design idea for UAV virtual maintenance training system which highlights the characteristics of the electro-mechanical equipment is put forward. The virtual maintenance modeling is de- composed into appearance model and mechanism model. The key technologies of scene optimizing, interactive controlling, data storage, process controlling and real-time communication are mainly analyzed. The dynamic working process of UAV is simulated by process controlling module. The information for fault diagnosis is pro- vided by data storage module, such as remote telemetry command and current voltage value. The real-time com- munication module is used to achieve the communication between the prototype and the testing equipment. Fi- nally, the flight control cabinet taken as an example verifies the proposed method. The result illustrates that this system has high quality in real-time and fidelity, and its exploitation is simple, which meets the development re- quirements of virtual maintenance training system for the electro-mechanical equipment.
