矿工安全心理素质与其生活满意度的相关研究

A Study on Relevance of Miners' Security Psychological Quality and Satisfaction with Life

在对国内关于矿工安全心理素质与生活满意度的研究的文献进行系统梳理与综述的基础上,采用煤矿作业人员安全心理测量问卷与生活满意度指数A问卷对200名淮北市的矿工进行调查,试图了解矿工安全心理素质与生活满意度的现状,探讨矿工安全心理素质与生活满意度之间的关系。研究结果表明:(1)矿工的安全心理素质普遍不高;(2)矿工的生活满意度普遍不高;(3)安全心理素质与生活满意度呈正相关关系。

Abstract： Based on the literature review on minersJsecufity psychological quality and satisfaction with life in China, investigating 200 miners of Huaibei City by applying Questionnaire of Index A of Measurement of Miners＇Security Psycho- logical Quality and Satisfaction with Life, this paper tries to explore the current situation of miners＇security psychological quality and satisfaction with life and discusses the their relationship.
