摘要
以计算流体力学为基础,按照真实尺度的110kV油浸式变电站建立模型,使用FLACS设置多种爆炸场景,计算气体爆炸位置和泄压面积对爆炸压力的影响。设定可燃气体由变压器箱内部在电弧作用下绝缘油分解产生,分析可燃气体在不同位置爆炸时不同时刻的压力分布,并分析不同泄压面积对爆炸超压的影响。通过计算及分析得出该类主变压室为防止可燃气体爆炸破坏应开设的泄压面积的计算方法和公式。
Simulations and analysis were completed according to many explosion scenarios of real model of 110 kV substations with CFD software FLACS. Several scenarios were set to re search the effect of explosion location and area of pressure re- lease on the explosion pressure. The combustible gas was de composed by insulating oil in the transformer tank Under the effect of electric arc. The pressure distribution of combustible gas at different time and position was analyzed, and the effect of area of pressure release on the explosion overpressure was analyzed too. The formulas on calculating the area of pressure release were given after the research work.
