不同输送介质对水带阻抗系数的影响 被引量:6

Influence of different transmission medium on the resistance coefficient of the hose

摘要 选用流量变送器、差压变送器及数据采集仪等测量仪表,使用水罐消防车及泡沫罐消防车作为供水装备,针对水、海水及6%水成膜泡沫灭火剂等3种输送介质,分别对水平铺设的80、65mm口径聚氨酯衬里及PVC衬里消防水带的阻抗系数进行了测定和分析。结果表明:在输送水时,无论是聚氨酯衬里还是PVC衬里消防水带,其阻抗系数均大于火场供水理论中给出的同一口径胶里水带的阻抗系数值,且同一口径PVC衬里消防水带的阻抗系数值大于聚氨酯衬里消防水带的阻抗系数值;同一口径和材质的消防水带,输送海水与水相比,其阻抗系数相差不大。输送6%水成膜泡沫灭火剂时,阻抗系数远远小于水,且聚氨酯衬里和PVC衬里消防水带的阻抗系数值差别不大。 The flow transmitter, the differential pressure trans- mitter and the data acquisitiori instrument were used as the test instrumentation, and the water fire tanker and the foam fire tanker were taken respectively in the research. The transmis- sion medium included the water, the sea water and 6 % aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF). The resistance coefficient of the 80 mm and 65 mm hose with PU and PVC lining, horizontal lying, was studied when it transmitted different medium. The results indicated that if the transmission medium was water and the cal-iber of the test hose was the same, then the values of the resist- ance coefficient of hose with both the PU and the PVC liner were higher than the given value of that with the rubber lining hose in the water supply theory~ and the value of resistance co- efficient of hose with PVC lining was higher than that value with PU lining. If the caliber and lining of the test hose were the same, the values of the resistance coefficient when transpor- ting the sea water had little difference with that value when transporting water. If the transmission medium was 6 % AF- FF, the values of the resistance coefficient were much smaller than that of the hose when transporting water with the same caliber and the lining. The resistance coefficient values of the PU and PVC lining hose had little difference at the same call her.
