聚乳酸/钼酸镍纳米棒复合材料的热稳定性与燃烧性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过水热法合成形貌规整的钼酸镍(NiMo),并合成掺杂稀土Ce元素的钼酸铈镍(NiMoCe)纳米棒做对比研究。用聚苯乙烯(PS)增强聚乳酸(PLA)基体,聚乙二醇(PEG)用于PLA材料的增韧。熔融共混法制备PLA/PS/PEG/纳米棒复合材料,研究复合材料的热稳定性、燃烧性能和机械性能。结果表明,纳米棒可以有效提高材料的热稳定性、降低燃烧性能,PS和PEG在PLA基体中具有增强和增韧作用。 Nickel molybdate (NiMo) nanorods with uniformmorphorlogy were prepared by the hydrothermal technique, and nickel molybdates doped with Ce (NiMoCe) nanorods were syn- thesized for comparative research. Polystyrene (PS) was used for enhancing poly (laelie) acid (PLA). Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as a toughening reagent. PLA/PS/PEG/ naorod composites were prepared. The thermal stability, com- bustible property and mechanical" property of PLA composites were investigated. The results showed that nanorods were use- ful to improve the thermal stability of PLA composites and de- crease combustible property, PS and PEG had enhancing and toughening effect.
