摘要
通过某化工厂一起煤气回收净化车间爆炸火灾事故的扑救,总结该类火灾的火灾特点和发生火灾后易造成的危害。针对火灾扑救实战需要,从灭火组织指挥的原则和形式、灭火力量的调集原则、火场的主要方面、参战力量部署、采取的主要工艺措施、今后加强的主要工作等方面提出灭火救援对策和技战术措施,为科学、安全、高效处置此类火灾提供参考。
Through firefighting of a gas recovery and purification workshop explosion in a chemical plant, summarized fire charac- teristics and hazards after fire. Aimed at practice need, from as- pects of principle and form of fire command organization, fire force deployment, main technological measure and the future work, the firefighting and rescue measures and technical and tactical measures were proposed, giving reference for disposing similar fire scientifically,safely and efficiently.
