摘要
消防部队遇到舆情危机已呈常态化,舆情危机处理不好,不仅影响部队形象,也干扰部队中心工作。以研究消防部队应对网络舆情危机的方法为目标,以2012年天津"6·30"蓟县莱德商厦火灾、2013年黑龙江"5·31"中储粮林甸直属库火灾案例为切入点,统计网络消防舆情的演进规律—"S"型曲线,得出消防部队网络舆情的发生发展期、爆发高涨期、平稳过渡期、恢复期等阶段的运行规律,给出消防部队应对舆情危机的时间点,提出应对舆情危机的方法。研究成果对消防部队正确、有效地应对网络舆情危机具有现实意义。
Public security fire troops has shown a normalization in some public opinion crisis. If public opinion crisis processing is not appropriate, which not only affects the image of the in- terference forces troops, but also the core work of the fire troops. The paper aims at dealing with the network public opin- ion crisis by the public security fire troops. The paper took Jix- ian Laide Malls fire in Tianjin municipality in June,2012 and Si- nograin Lindian Depot fire in Heilongjiang province on May 31, 2013 cases as the breakthrough point. In this paper, the au- thors statisticed the network fire public opinion evolution law-- "S" type curve; got the rule of the network public opinion run- ning troops fire occurrence and development period, growing period, the outbreak of a smooth transition period and convales- cence period; gave the time point for public security fire troops to deal with public opinion crisis; proposeed ways to deal with the public opinion crisis and public opinion crisis at different stages. As a result, the study has a practical significance for fire forces to deal with the network public opinion crisis correct- ly and effectively.
