乙醇-水共沸物系新型分离工艺研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 无水乙醇是重要的化工原料和溶剂,作为一种可再生生物燃料,被认为是燃料汽油的清洁替代品.本文介绍了乙醇-水物系分离方法的原理和工艺,包括精馏、膜分离、吸附和其他方法.重点对加离子液体萃取精馏,渗透汽化和生物质吸附3种新型分离工艺的研究进行综述,并对各种工艺进行比较.最后,展望了无水乙醇制备的研究方向. Ethanol is not only an important chemical raw material and solvent,but also a renewable fuel,which is believed to be the clean alternative for fuel gasoline.The principles and techniques of the separation of ethanol and water system,including distillation,membrane separation,adsorption and other methods were introduced.The focuses of this review were three new separation processes:added ionic liquid extractive distillation,evaporation and biomass adsorption.Meanwhile,the various processes were also compared.Finally,the future research direction of anhydrous ethanol producing was predicted.
