摘要
以自制硅酸溶胶为分散剂,用浊度值对钛白粉在水中的分散性进行定性表征,并通过调节浊液的酸碱度调整其浊度值以实现不同的分散性.结果表明,浊度值越大则分散性越好,浊液的浊度值随酸碱度发生变化,并会出现最大浊度值.以酒精作为溶剂时也得到了相似的结果.此测量方法简单易行、测试范围宽、精度高.并且处理后的钛白粉可做为高分子基体材料中的改性材料,对多功能高分子复合材料的防电磁辐射、抗静电、耐候性、颜色可调控具有一定的作用.
With self-made silica sol as dispersant, the dispersion of titanium dioxide in water was qualitatively characterized by turbidity values, and the different dispersion was achieved by adjusting the fluid pH value. The results show that the greater turbidity value are , the better the dispersion are,and the fluid turbidity value was changed with the pH value, and a maxi- mum turbidity value was also appeared. The similar results were got when alcohol acts as solvent. This measuring method is simple, wide range of testing and highly precise. Processed ti- tanium dioxide can be a modified material of polymer substrate materials, and it has the certain effects such as anti electromagnetic radiation, antistatic et al on multi-functional polymer composite materials.
