新型高压变频串联谐振试验电源逆变器的设计 被引量:5

摘要 采用大功率IPM模块代替GTR、IGBT等开关器件设计逆变器,运用电压幅值、频率综合控制策略控制逆变器产生正弦波,在IPM集成过流、短路、欠压和过热等保护功能的基础上,设计一种新型高压变频串联谐振试验电源逆变器,并利用16nF试品电容进行实测分析.结果表明,设计的电源逆变器能扫描到谐振频率,与理论计算值相比,误差在±0.4Hz之间,输出谐振高压是原有装置的1.75倍,保护功能更加可靠完善. In view of the disadvantages of traditional inverter and protection circuit of high voltage frequency-tuned resonant test power supply,a design scheme is presented which adopts IPM module instead of GTR and IGBT switch devices to design the inverter.The voltage amplitude and frequency control strategy is employed to control the inverter to generate sine wave,and dual protection scheme consists of IPM′s overcurrent,short circuit,undervoltage,overtemperature protection function and the new protection circuit.Then a capacitance with the value of 16 nF is measured and analyzed in the prototype.The experimental results show that the power inverter designed is accurate in the aspect of grasping resonant frequence.Its error range is±0.4Hz compared with the theoretical calculating value,and its output resonant voltage is1.75 times of the original one.It also has a more reliable protection function.
